The Role

This Legal 500 firm is looking for a Newly Qualified Litigation and Employment Solicitor to join its Watford, Hertfordshire.

This position will allow the successful candidate to gain excellent exposure through working side by side with a leading team. This puts the candidate in an excellent position to develop their technical knowledge and commercial awareness through direct client interaction.

You will handle a varied caseload covering insolvency and restructuring, LPA receiverships, disqualification proceedings and company directors.

You will act on behalf of the claimant - the firm has a foothold in a multitude of induistries and as such has great influence and will provide you with unrivalled experiences.

Duties:

• Take and record clear instructions
• Investigate evidence
• Research matters of fact and law
• Provide concise analysis of research applied to facts
• Provide concise letters and reports for clients, written in plain language
• Undertake negotiation and/or advocacy when appropriate
• Draft concise documents in plain language

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor (Newly Qualified)
• Would be an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to join a heavy hitter.
