The Role

The firm are looking to hire an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their office near Colchester.

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Corporate and Commercial matters. The caseload will vary, but you can be expected to work on matters including: M&A, Partnership and Shareholder agreements, Commercial contracts, Corporate Finance and Partnerships to name a few

Requirements

• You will be an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 1 - 4 PQE
• You will have a solid technical knowledge on a range of Corporate and Commercial matters
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
