Legal Assistant - Conveyancing

Are you a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 6 months experience? You will be based in Guildford, and have a golden opportunity for career progression, either through the LPC, or through the CILEx, in a supportive, thriving firm at the height of its game.

The firm are seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistants to join their Guildford office.

The Role

This firm looks for ambitious Legal Assistants with strong interpersonal skills. Subsequently, all Paralegals are offered a training contract, guaranteed within 18 months, or a CILEx route. They currently have 5 Paralegals currently going through the training contract process and due to expansion are looking to further build on this. You will receive industry-leading training, not just in technical ability but how to sell yourself, build business and become a commercially minded lawyer.

You will join a friendly, supportive and progressive team working alongside a highly experienced team of Solicitors. This will be a hands-on role where you will be involved in all stages of the Conveyancing process from initial instruction to post-completion. You work with many high-end estate agents and have a real variety of work making the role more interesting.

Requirements

• You will be a Conveyancing Legal Assistant with at least six months' experience
• You will be based in Guildford
• You will ideally have completed the LPC, but this is not necessary
• You will work well within a team and will be personable
• Salary up to £25k, plus an excellent benefits package
