Residential Property Senior Associate required for a well-established and reputable firm operating in the Reading area. The firm has had a stable workforce and a famously low turnover rate for the last few years. Now, due to an increased workload and growing client base, they are opening their doors for a Residential Property Senior Associate to join them. The Role

Conveyancing is one of the firm's key departments, and the role comes with stand-out prospects for progression and retention, due to the increase of workflow into the department. They deal with a broad range of work for SME, entrepreneurs, and national businesses. The varied of work will make for an interesting caseload; work will include house buying and selling, re-mortgaging and equity release, residential tenancies and leases and transfer of ownership.

This role comes with excellent prospects for a route to Directorship within the organisation, and they need a candidate to represent the firms interests in the Reading area at a senior level.

This role would suit someone looking to join an established firm without the weight of a KPI environment.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Residential Property Associate 6+ PQE (although they are looking for a senior member of staff so any level of PQE above this will be considered)
• Salary is negotiable dependant on a number of factors including following, business development experience, PQE and suitable experience to the role.
• You will have a broad range of conveyancing experience from a Private Practice or In-House role and be used to managing a busy private caseload, with a good number of completions per month.
