Residential Property Associate
Residential Property Associate/Senior Associate required for a well-established and reputable firm operating in the Reading area. The firm has had a stable workforce and a famously low turnover rate for the last few years. Now, due to an increased workload and growing client base, they are opening their doors for a Residential Property Associate/Senior Associate to join them. This is an excellent opportunity to join a law firm with a fantastic understanding of the local area.
This boutique practice has a culture that is friendly, supportive, cohesive and dynamic. They combine traditional law firm values of commitment reliability and expertise with a modern and progressive approach to the delivery of legal services. They also offer much more in the way of work-life balance and flexibility but is not a compromise on the high quality of work.
The firm has an excellent history of building long-lasting relationships with their client base and has an excellent ethos, moral integrity and honesty, which you would hope to see from any law firm representing you.
Conveyancing is one of the firm's key departments, and the role comes with stand-out prospects for progression and retention, due to the increase of workflow into the department. They deal with a broad range of work for SME, entrepreneurs, and national businesses. The varied of work will make for an interesting caseload; work will include house buying and selling, re-mortgaging and equity release, residential tenancies and leases and transfer of ownership.
This role comes with excellent prospects for a route to Directorship within the organisation, and they need a candidate to represent the firms interests in the Reading area at a senior level.
This role would suit someone looking to join an established firm without the weight of a KPI environment.
