A firm with offices across the North of England has an opening for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Newcastle and handle a range of matters on behalf of a well-established and diverse client base.

Our client has a long and established reputation in the market for delivering a high-quality service to its clients and the commercial property department is no different. Joining this successful team, you will be handling property transactions across a range of sectors and will be working on behalf of both local businesses and national clients.

These matters could include freehold and long leasehold purchases, issues relating to pubs, clubs and licensed premises, overage agreements, development matters and much more. You will be handling this caseload autonomously but will have support from junior solicitors and paralegals.

Ideally the firm is seeking a commercial property solicitor with upwards of 3 years' PQE who can run a caseload with relatively little supervision, however this is given purely as a guideline, so if you are more junior you are also encouraged to apply.
