Job Details

As a result of steady growth and constant, secure sources of work, there is an opportunity for an enfranchisement/lease extension lawyer to join the team.
Your role will focus on a full caseload of lease extensions, mainly transactional, but some experience of contentious an advantage, plus some conveyancing files.
You will be working closely with a partner that trained with the firm and has become a well-known enfranchisement specialist in their own right.
To succeed in this application, you must be:
- A qualified solicitor or FILEx with 2 or more years of PQE.
- Able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience dealing with transactional property ideally including leasehold enfranchisement.
