Driven Private Client Legal Secretary sought for outstanding practice in Devon.

This is a rare opportunity for a talented Private Client Legal Secretary to join our client’s busy office in the Seaton area. Providing administrative support to private client solicitors, the successful candidate will be well-organised and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
• General secretarial duties
• Assisting and supporting fee earners specialising in probate and administration of estates, LPA's, wills and trusts
• Audio typing and word processing
• Liaising with clients both in person and over the telephone
• Use of case management systems
• General administrative work
• Telephony
• Diary management

The Candidate
• Legal secretaries with a minimum of one year’s experience of supporting fee earners in private client matters
• Excellent IT skills are required in addition to fast, accurate typing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good control of diary and time management
