Talented Property Legal Secretary required at a successful firm in Somerset.

Driven Property Legal Secretary sought for outstanding practice in the Ilminster area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administrative and secretarial support to fee earners within the property departments.

• Assisting and supporting fee earners
• Audio typing and word processing
• Liaising with clients both in person and over the telephone
• Use of case management systems
• Receptionist duties
• General administrative work
• Telephony
• Diary management

The Candidate
• Legal secretaries with a minimum of one year’s experience of supporting fee earners in commercial property and residential conveyancing matters
• Excellent IT skills are required in addition to fast, accurate typing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good control of diary and time management
