Property Litigation Solicitor - 2+ PQE

Overview:

TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity with one of the largest property legal teams in the south of England who have an enviable track record of delivering value-driven advice for both commercial and private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company with a proud heritage who work with a wide spectrum of property related disputes.

Basic Purpose and Scope:

As a property litigation solicitor you will be responsible for the day to day conduct of files and supporting other members in the wider team. This role has a large emphasis on property litigation working closely with experienced members of the company conducting duties such as advising on adverse possession claims, debt recovery, electronic communications code disputes and more. Experience in these types of work is desired but not essential as our client can provide training and support as required.

Candidate Profile:

The right candidate for this position will demonstrate effective communication with a strong ability to build working relationships. Organisational and written communication skills are also of high importance.

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in IT
• Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to deadlines
• Familiarity with undertaking legal research
• Strong relationship building and client management skills
