THE FIRM
Highly regarded firm in London providing specialist legal advice to both business and private clients.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an ambitious solicitor to join their Company Commercial team.
You will be used to providing pragmatic, practical and commercial advice to sophisticated clients.
Your experience should include advising: -
- owner-managed businesses and SMEs on company law;
- commercial contracts, and;
- corporate transactions.
You will have strong business development and client care skills and an interest in developing these.
A following is desirable but not required.
The working environment is professional, demanding, friendly and very flexible.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have at least 5 years PQE in Commercial/Corporate law from a reputable city firm or highly regarded regional firm.
You will be able to work independently within the team.
You will be client focused.
Excellent IT skills are essential.
