Commercial Property Solicitor - Small Niche Team - Quality Work

A highly regarded regional practice is eager to consolidate its commercial property offering having enjoyed sustained periods of growth and so now wishes to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to its Real Estate Team and be based at the firms' office in the historic market town of Tamworth.

This firm has been established for a significant number of years and has a headcount of around 30 solicitors, fee earners and support staff who provide specialist legal advice to individuals and businesses within the locality. The practice is proud of its close links to the towns' businesses, public services and charities that service the area and it has a well-deserved reputation of being the "go to" firm in the vicinity.

The Commercial Property Team here deals with the full remit of real estate matters comprising acquisition and disposals, investment and development and general landlord and tenant matters on behalf of both a regional and national client base. In addition, the team also deals with rural property matters and acts for a number of agricultural clients in the surrounding areas.

Due to an increase in instructions and a growing client base, the firm is keen to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with anything from 2 to 5 years' PQE to work alongside the teams' two partners, one solicitor, a trainee solicitor in addition to two supporting staff members. You will handle your own caseload of commercial property matters whilst at the same time provide support to the partners on larger, more technically complex commercial property transactions. In addition, you will received dedicated training and development to enable you to deal with agricultural property matters, so this role really will allow you to gain experience in a niche area and allow you to flourish into a well-rounded real estate lawyer.

The firm is offering a competitive salary and benefits package which includes 22 days' holiday and, on top of this, the firm closes between the Christmas and New Year period. The practice takes a pragmatic approach to working patterns and continues to offer flexibility with working hours to accommodate outside of work commitments, so this is not necessarily a strictly 9 to 5 appointment.

This is a great opportunity to join an established practice that is proud to boast of its many links with the local community and which actively promotes a very supportive and friendly working atmosphere so for more information on this Commercial Property Solicitor role please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.

In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
