Job Details
You will be joining the Fraud Team who are currently one of the top teams in the country, ranked in Tier 1 of the Legal 500. They work on the largest civil fraud cases in the English Courts, most of which are international. The team is currently handling a number of $1billion+ cases.
You will be responsible for managing a busy caseload including injunctions, search and seizure orders, Norwich Pharmacal and receivership orders. You will be required to attend hearings, as there is significant court work. You will be required to contribute to the teams business development activities.
This is a specialist role within the Fraud Team, to be successful you will be looking to specialise in this area rather than maintaining a broad practice.
