The Role

The department is seeking to recruit a new Commercial Property Partner into their City of London office.

The Real Estate Finance department deals with a variety of difference clients including; specialist property funders including private equity groups, individual private investors and traditional-style lending organisations as well as the traditional Bank sources.

The department is very busy and currently thriving, they would be able to pass over the highest quality work from day one. They have expanded significantly in recent years and things are showing no sign of slowing down. You will be at the forefront of this department, there will be a strong focus towards high-quality landlord and tenant and commercial leases work.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have a proven track record of developing business
• An excellent technical knowledge is essential
• You will be a dynamic candidate who can build solid client relationships, with the ability to develop and maintain existing business
• Salary is above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package plus bonus structure.
