A Shropshire law firm with an excellent reputation is now looking to expand its Commercial Property Team in Telford with the addition of a newly qualified commercial property solicitor.

Due to growth, this firm is now looking to appoint a newly qualified commercial property solicitor to work alongside an experienced lawyer.

You will assist with all aspects of commercial property matters gradually building up your own caseload of files. Your work will include sales and purchases, development, landlord and tenant issues along with lease renewals and property finance for a range of clients.

The firm is looking for someone with a commercial property seat along with prior commercial property experience as a paralegal. You must be driven and ambitious with a willingness to assist with the networking and business development of the department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ to gain some great exposure to work within a friendly and supportive environment allowing you to grow in confidence.
