The Role

This firm are seeking a great Commercial Property Solicitor 4+ PQE for their Ascot, Berkshire office.

You will be responsible for a diverse caseload and will act on high value property sales and purchases. The desired candidate should be comfortable when handling a variety of freehold and leasehold matters and be able to tailor documentation to meet with clients needs. You will also attend post completion matters, including adverse and/ or first registration.

The maintenance of client relationships and the building of new ones is vital in this role as the firm are engaged in many marketing activities. This firm has built a great reputation off the back of their unparalleled client care and communication and so, it is expected that the most appropriate candidate will have the same ethos.
