The Role

This firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor 2+ PQE for their Head Office in Braintree, Essex.

This role is best suited to someone who wishes to attain partnership status in the future. This is not one to be missed!

The current Senior Partner has been working as a specialist Commercial Property Solicitor for over 13 years. He has worked on many high value cases and has developed his experience at in city, west end and high street firms. He therefore has exposure to a great deal of Commercial Property matters. He now plans to bring on some great Commercial Property Solicitors.

He intends to grow the department considerably and therefore is seeking an individual who like himself is a keen business developer with a commercial mindset. The desired candidate will be required to work autonomously due to the new department being in its infancy.

The Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 2+ PQE (there is no upper limit)
• You will have strong communication skills
• You will have proven track record of business development and networking
