Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

If you are an ambitious junior Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive wishing to kick start your career by joining a leading commercial property team with an award winning Legal 500 practice, then my client would like to hear from you!

The successful applicant will enjoy handling a high calibre commercial property caseload of the standard expected for a Legal 500-rated team and you will be joining one of the largest Real Estate groups in the UK, which is expanding all the time, as this role has been created due to client demand.

You will be joining one of the largest residential development teams in the UK, advising major housebuilders and developers in the region, and you will have the opportunity to learn from genuine experts in this field. Your clients will include homebuilders, entrepreneurs, traders, investors and landowners as you focus predominantly on the residential development market offering services ranging from strategic land to site assembly, acquisitions and development. There will however also be the opportunity to handle broader real estate work.

The role would suit an enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive who ideally has at least two years' PQE relevant commercial property experience, ideally with a residential development background, however applications from more junior candidates who feel that they have the required ability and/or candidates with broader commercial property experience will also be considered.

Our client is an innovative practice which has received various awards for employee satisfaction so you can be sure that this firm upholds its work:life balance and flexible working policies. The lack of barriers between Departments, a real lack of hierarchy and zero tolerance for arrogance and pomposity makes our client a fantastic place to work.

You will receive a highly competitive remuneration package plus excellent working conditions. You will also enjoy the opportunity to develop your career, with ongoing training and support as required, as the team has a track record of bringing people on all the way through to partnership. You will be given the chance to work autonomously and to run your own cases. You will also be expected to get involved in the wider strategy for the sector and get involved in marketing and business development to assist the further growth of the team.
