Civil Litigation Lawyer

LAW Absolute are recruiting to a locum Civil Litigation Lawyer position with a vibrant and welcoming local authority based in the North West area.                                                                        

Our client is forward thinking with their approach and have an innovative team. They are offering a three to six month locum assignment with a strong possibility for extension.

The successful candidate will be required to show experience and knowledge in the following areas:

• To provide legal advice and services to client organisations on a wide range of litigation matters, including prosecutions and civil actions, judicial review and employment matters to ensure compliance with statutory duties and obligations and to protect the best interests of the client organisations
• To attend courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy where required

This position, alongside management, are situated within a highly supportive environment and positive atmosphere. They are seeking an enthusiastic individual with initiative, a proactive approach to problem solving and a real commitment to the job.
