Conveyancing Solicitor

TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity with a well-established law firm based in Bristol who are currently looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor (2 + years’ PQE) to join their busy team.

This is a new role within an expanding team and is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work alongside ambitious individuals with a vision of long-term growth and success. You will need to combine both solid technical expertise with the ability and determination to grow a successful caseload.

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be joining an experienced team who handle work varying in complexity levels. In this role you will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters, including buying and selling of Freehold and Leasehold properties, Lease Extension and Transfer of Equity and dealing with post completion procedures.

The right candidate for this position will demonstrate effective communication with a strong ability to build working relationships. Ideally you would have at least two years’ experience across areas of conveyancing and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills while communicating professionally at all levels.

You will need excellent client care skills and be comfortable in working within a fast-paced environment. Experience of a case management system (The Land Registry website etc.) would be a distinct advantage.
