Family Solicitor/Legal Executive - Senior Appointment

A firmly established and very strong regional practice is now in the next phase of its expansion drive having already successfully increased its headcount and so now wishes to appoint an additional Family Solicitor or Legal Executive in a senior capacity to be based at the firms' office in South West Birmingham in order to compliment the firms' existing Family Team.

With around 150 staff spread across a number of offices throughout the West Midlands, Worcestershire and the Black Country, this award-winning firm is a full-service practice that punches well above its weight and has an enviable client base comprising both individuals and commercial entities.

The firms' highly regarded Family Team is keen to strengthen its offering in the area with the appointment of an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to service an existing client base. This is a key strategic appointment and the role will come with supervisory and management responsibilities given that you will occupy a team leader position. Not only will you deal with a high calibre caseload of privately funded family matters and have exposure to HNW and technically complex cases, you will also be responsible for a team of six junior family lawyers in a team leader capacity. You will be tasked with providing support and assistance with developing your team whilst acting as a technical referral point and have the opportunity to see your team flourish into well rounded family practitioners. You will ideally be familiar with the local area, be ambitious about furthering your career and you will have already gained experienced at a Legal 500 rated practice, either at a national level or at a niche, boutique practice.
