The Role

Because this firm are growing, they are looking for a Construction Litigation Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their well respected, flourishing Construction Litigation department in their high tech Tunbridge Wells office in Kent.

The Construction Litigation team deal with a range of interesting and varied contentious work across Property Law including: final account recovery, retention recovery, adjudication, general construction, engineering and technology litigation, and contract advice.

As part of the Construction Litigation team, you will assist some of the best specialist Solicitors and Partners in the area, as well taking on interesting cases yourself, across Construction Law Litigation.

Requirements:

• You will be 2+ years PQE with experience in contentious construction matters.
• You will work well as a team, but be able to handle matters with your own initiative
• You will be motivated and driven
