Commercial Senior Associate/Legal Director - Legal 500 Firm

International Legal 500 practice is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their thriving department. This is a varied and interesting role involving drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements. The position offers a genuine opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working self-starter to push their career forward.

You will ideally have a minumum of 4 years PQE and this role will see you drafting and negotiating a full suite of commercial contracts including IT/IP contracts, procurement contracts, tenders, joint ventures and general commercial enquiries. This firm acts for a range of clients and there will be an element of sports, IP and media work is required.

As the successful candidate you will have excellent communication skills and good business and commerciality skills. You will need to be hungry and ambitious and keen to push your career forward in what is an exciting practice.
