Residential Property Solicitor - 4-5 years PQE
Knightsbridge, South West London
This firm have a real family feel about them, they value work life balance and have great staff retention. They reward staff with a great bonus structure and profit share at the end of each year. Having been established 30+ years they have a really strong relationship with many local estate agents most of which deal with HNW properties.
The firm are looking for a Residential Property Senior Solicitor with 4-5 years' experience. The salary will be competitive and will offer a good bonus structure (with also the potential for a good profit share). At a Senior Level, there are Partnership prospects with an exceptional profit share.
You will deal with a broad caseload across Sales and Purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages etc. The caseload will include lots of HNW files £500k+ and will be a client facing role.
