A fantastic new role has arisen with our highly regarded client based in Derby. The firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team. The firm isn't a typical Private Practice firm. It is unique in its set up and their presence is rapidly growing in the market and has done so over the last couple of years.
The firm is the first professional services business in the UK legal sector and has attracted private equity investment. The sustainable business model means the firm is able to invest in cutting edge technology and high-quality recruits, enabling them to compare to major city firms.
In this role, you will be working on a broad mix of commercial property matters, including general landlord and tenant, leases and assignments, acquisitions and disposals, and more.
You would have access to an enviable client base and could be handling matters on behalf of Derbyshire-based SMEs and OMBS, through to national businesses and household names. Without the pressure of targets, you will be able to really focus on providing an excellent service to all your clients.
The firm envisages the successful Commercial Property Solicitor to be between 7+ years' PQE, however this is given purely as a guideline, and candidates who are perhaps more experienced are still encouraged to apply.
