About the role

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Handling a caseload of various housing law and homelessness matters.
  • Providing advice regarding anti-social behaviours orders.
  • Dealing with injunctions and possession proceedings for housing and non-housing matters.
  • Undertaking advocacy where required.

About you

Reading Borough Council are looking to appoint a Housing Litigation Lawyer who has relevant experience working within local government to deal with Housing Law matters in Legal Services.
