The Role

This firm are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor 4+ years PQE to join their flourishing Southampton office.

The growing Real Estate team advise on all aspects of any real estate asset or transaction including, access finance or funding, investment, acquisitions, planning, environmental and health and safety regulation matters, construction, drafting and negotiating contracts and resolving disputes.

You will join a dynamic team and have the chance to work on a high quality and diverse caseload.

Requirements:

• You will be a Solicitor 4+ years PQE
• You will have a great eye for detail
• Be ambitious and dynamic
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
