The Role

The firm is looking for Corporate Finance Solicitor 5+ PQE to join a stand out Legal 500 and Chambers rated firm in Bristol, Somerset.

You will be involved in a wide range of high quality work - the firm's expertise includes both public and private M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures as well as venture capital and equity capital markets.

This work spans across a number of sectors including food, transport, energy and financial services. They represent several leading UK and overseas clients on cross-border deals involving multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Corporate Finance Solicitor 5+ PQE
• There is no upper limit to the level of PQE
• Experience of business development will be to advantage
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
