They are seeking a Plot Conveyancing Paralegal to assist within their Property Portfolio Team, which is part of their Built Environment department. You will be dealing with a wide variety of work, both complex and routine, for Housing Association clients.
You should have the experience in at least some of the following areas:
- Plot sales
- Acquisition and disposal of dwellings
- Shared ownership
- Mortgage rescue
- Staircasing
- Right to buy
- Conveyancing experience is essential
