Your new role
Our client are a leading law firm who's Corporate team have experienced rapid growth and success over the last 24 months. The Corporate team provides a full-service offering and includes transactional experience across M&A and Private Equity. The team are increasingly involved in a variety of often high-profile work and are now looking to appoint another Corporate transactional lawyer to work across a range of work including M&A and private equity. Much of the work is London quality, so there will be plenty of client exposure. The team was recently ranked by Experian as one of the most active in Wales and they are also Tier 1 rated in the Legal 500.

About You
You will be a 1+ PQE lawyer who combines good academic credentials with sound practical experience, good business judgement and strong interpersonal skills; ideally you will have an interest or experience in M&A and/or Private Equity.
