National firm is looking for an NQ-4PQE to join the corporate team in Birmingham



The Corporate team are currently looking to recruit a solicitor to join the team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a NQ-3 year's PQE gained from a leading regional practice. They will have a solid grounding in general corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements and general company law matters. The role will also involve some commercial contracts work.

Candidates must be technically strong with developing commercial awareness. They will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a keenness to become involved in business development activities. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.

This is an opportunity for the right candidate to progress their legal career within a fast paced corporate client team.

It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.



About you

You should be proactive and flexible in working both individually and as part of a team, with minimal supervision, and be able to prioritise a number of different projects effectively.

Communication will be one of your strong points, both written and oral, and you will be enthusiastic about delivering excellent quality service to your clients.
