Residential Property Lawyer

Due to continued growth, a local practice in Frome is seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Specialist to join its offices on a permanent basis. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post completion, including sales and purchase, remortgaging, transfers of equity, and new build properties etc.

Applications are encouraged from Legal Executives, Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers, confident in managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality driven practice, within a well-supported role offering excellent remuneration.
