Property Litigation Solicitor

A well regarded award winning national law firm in Manchester is looking to bolster their commercial litigation department with an additional Property Litigation Solicitor. 
 
You'll be joining a highly regarded team of 10 Property Litigators where you'll be handling your own caseload of high quality property litigation files. 
 
The team pride themselves on responding proactively to all instructions ensuring the process is managed competently throughout and are keen to find a Property Litigation Solicitor who has the same outlook.
 
You must be a qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 3yrs+ PQE, likely gained within a similar law firm. You'll have a proven track record in handling a range of property disputes, including boundary and easement disputes, professional negligence claims, dilapidation claims, contract disputes, breach of covenant claims, landlord and tenant disputes, nuisance and trespass claims, break notices, lease renewals, forfeiture, lease extensions and enfranchisement, service charge disputes, trusts of land and commercial and residential possession claims.
