Legal Counsel - Commercial

New opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join an International business from their Manchester base. Based in the City Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal team which plays a key role in the day to day running of the business.

Joining an already established and now restructured In-House Legal team, the role will incorporate high level commercial contract drafting and negotiation in areas such as licensing, supply, facilities, marketing, franchises) IT (websites, Social media SAAS), Consumer (JV's), Data Protection, and IP (Trade Marks)

For In-House Solicitors who have a desire to have breadth to their roles and a strategic input to the business they work in, then this is an excellent opportunity. In addition to handling the Legal work which arises, the team play a key role in influencing operational decisions and providing strategic input to project teams comprised of stakeholders from the wider business.
