Brand new opportunity at this major Top 100 law firm who have recently expanded their conveyancing department due to client demand and received an influx of new work. The conveyancing team will be based in Bolton with easy rail and motorway transport links as well as secure on site parking.

The role will see you manage a caseload of circa. 100 files with a mix of freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, right to buy, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and shared equity matters. Work will range from low to high value, so prior experience of dealing with complex transactions will be beneficial.

Ideally you will be an experienced fee earner and have the ability to run your own unsupervised caseload. There is currently a mix of work in place, provided by local sources such as estate agents & lenders as well national conveyancing panels.

It is pivotal that you are able to multi-task and work to a high standard whilst doing so, as this department is continuining to grow so it may be expected to train new staff, supervise and fee earn in the absence of senior conveyancers.

Salary is based on experience level however will fall between £24k - £33k with a fantastic benefits scheme (pension, healthcare, medical insurance, on-site parking, etc...) and bonus package. Please call Nick Skelly at QED Legal for further information on this role.
