One of the UK's leading providers of insurance and legal services are expanding!

They require an Legal Advisor to join their Counter claim team to deal with all aspects of litigated and non-litigated Defence personal injury claims. Your caseload will include RTA claims and when appropriate you will be required to pursue Part 20 claims on behalf of clients.

The firm is genuinely market leading and have built a reputation for an ethical approach to personal injury. The team are highly focussed on customer service and ensuring the individual gets the best advice possible.

You must have a good working knowledge of the CPR and other relevant case law.

This role requires a qualified Solicitor, ILEX qualified with at least 2 years' experience within the personal injury field. Your caseload will be a mixture of fast and multi-track claims so experience of dealing with the more complex/litigated files is essential.

The firm's culture if very important and therefore you must be an effective communicator and bring a positive "can do" attitude.

It would also be beneficial to have good IT skills and a good working knowledge of Solcase/pro-claim, or a similar case management system.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000 and benefit from a market leading benefits package.
