Enthusiastic and driven Commercial Property Lawyer sought for a highly rated Lexcel accredited practice in Suffolk.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our client’s team at their Ipswich office. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of commercial property work.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with existing clients from an extensive client base
  • Participating in business development to further grow the client base
  • Licences
  • Deeds of covenant
  • Drafting leases
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • All aspects of conveyancing
The Candidate
  • Solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years’ PQE
  • A solid understanding of business development
  • IT proficient
  • Solid knowledge of all aspects of commercial property work
