Head of Property Disputes

Errington Legal are recruiting a Head of Property Disputes for a highly regarded and nationally recognised Property Disputes team.

This role can be based at any of our clients offices, either London, Cambridge or regionally.

The property disputes team offer specialist, practical and commercial advice on all problems associated with land and property and have an existing, diverse, client base ranging from  individuals with niche investment portfolios to national businesses, household names, developers, retailers, as well as public bodies.

As Head of the Property Disputes team you will be expected to have excellent leadership skills, provide practical advice on all aspects of commercial and residential contentious property matters and take the lead on business development.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' PQE in all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes work and will be client focused and self motivated.
