Job Details
Joining a team based in Sale known for its staff retention, your role will be to handling your own caseload of up to 100 residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion including leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, help to buy and new build properties.
You will have dedicated support as the team currently has 7 conveyancing assistants on hand who work across the department.
You will likely be a qualified conveyancing solicitor (1+ years' PQE), licensed conveyancer, conveyancing executive or experienced conveyancing paralegal currently managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files (ideally in a similar environment).
On offer is a competitive salary (negotiable, depending on experience), 9am-5pm hours and free on-site parking.
