Job Details
My client is a leading defendant law firm who are looking for a Catastrophic Injury Paralegal to join their Manchester Office.
Situated in the heart of the city centre my client is looking for a Paralegal to join their expanding team. The successful Catastrophic Injury Paralegal will have 12 months Personal Injury Insurance experience and be ideally from a defendant background. Candidates with a claimant background will be considered depending on candidate's experience.
The Catastrophic Injury team handle cases to include RTA and EL/PL matters up to the value of £100,000. The role includes but not limited to:
- Assisting on high value and complex personal injury work
- handling a caseload of pre-litigated matters both EL/PL and RTA
- dealing with clients over the phone on a daily basis
