The role

The firm are looking to hire a Construction Lawyer into their flourishing Southampton office.
You will join an award-winning construction team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

Real Estate is a very busy department, you will deal with predominately contentious construction matters, but an understanding of Construction Contracts is key to a successful appication

The broadness and variety of the caseload, will make for an interesting role. This role comes with good career prospects and career development.

Requirements

• You will be a Construction Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• You should work for a well-known construction department
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
