Commercial Disputes Solicitor

My client is seeking to appoint three 2-5 PQE lawyers to join our top-tier (as ranked by The Legal 500) Commercial Disputes team.

My client’s team of leading lawyers work exclusively on business and commercial disputes. As the largest team in Wales, they have considerable experience of resolving significant and complex disputes for a variety of sectors, within the UK and internationally.

They have also recently become the first law firm in the UK to launch their own commercial litigation fund. With an initial £50m fund that can finance all of the up-front costs of bringing a commercial claim, their aim is to shake up a slow and expensive claims funding market.

Within this innovative and successful team, my client are seeking to appoint lawyers with (1) regulatory law experience (2) property litigation/construction experience and (3) IP litigation experience.
