Job Details
As an insolvency solicitor, you will be joining a small team of 1 partner and 2 associates who act on behalf of clients including insolvency practitioners, creditors, companies, directors and other stakeholders in both formal insolvencies and financially distressed situations.
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of insolvency matters including:
- Insolvency litigation including antecedent transactions
- Property insolvency issues and bankruptcy property recovery
- Investigations, asset-tracing and recovery
- Advising office holders on appointment and recovery actions
