Commercial Property Senior Associate

The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner into their flourishing Southampton office.

You will be leading the Real Estate department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.
You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

You will deal with high-quality work which will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work. You will ideally have a portable client base that you can bring to this role.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
• You will have a passion for Real Estate work
• Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is to advantage, but is not essential
• You should have first-class communication skills
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
