PRIVATE CLIENT - SOMERSET - Private Client Solicitor - An opportunity in Private Client with huge potential at a super multi-office regional firm. -PRIVATE CLIENT - SOMERSET -An outstanding Private Client opportunity with real potential at a super multi-office regional firm.There is some flexibility here and we would encourage applications from Solicitors with experience from 2+ PQE up to a more senior level, with experience in a full range of Private Client matters including Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT, Elderly Client, Court of Protection and Estate Management.You will be dealing with a substantial client base, including very high value estates, some of which are within the agricultural sector, so experience in this field will be a bonus, but not essential. Experience of dealing with lifetime tax planning for HNW clients would also be an advantageThis is a discreet appointment and applications for this position will be treated in the utmost confidence.
