Seeking a legal assistant in the Cardiff area to join a residential conveyancing department!

The successful legal assistant will offer effective support to the solicitors dealing with a broad range of residential property matters, whilst undertaking administration tasks proficiently.

  • Generating completion statements
  • Telephone enquiries
  • General administration
  • Formalities
  • Assisting with accounts
  • Producing documents for sales and purchase transactions
  • Accurate data entry
The Candidate
  • Legal secretary or paralegal ideally having worked within a residential property department
  • Accurate and fast typing speed
  • IT literate with the use of Microsoft Word
  • Good attention to detail
  • Personable with both excellent written and verbal communication skills
