The Role

The firm are looking for a Construction Senior Associate to join their office in Cardiff, South Wales.

The role is an interesting and varied one where you'll find yourself managing a complex caseload within construction, procurement and projects.

You will be advising on all forms of construction procurement - the succesful candidate will be required to have good knowledge of common standard construction forms of contract.

You will also undertake larger projects involving the provision and maintenance of assets such as PFI/PPP projects/joint venture developments.

With regards to construction/development advice, you will support commercial property transactions, including advising banks on funding their development projects.
