This role replaces a recent leaver and you can expect to run a busy case-load made up of commercial employment work that includes large scale redundancies and TUPE work.
The firm are open to backgrounds and will happily consider candidates currently working with regional firms that are looking for top quality work. The firm also run a very competitive bonus structure, of 10% of billings over 3 times salary. The incumbent was making an extra £10-15k a year currently.
