Job Details
As a residential conveyancer, you will be fully responsible for running your own caseload of circa 30-60 files from instruction through to completion, covering a wide variety of residential sales and purchase (freehold/leasehold), new build and shared ownership transactions. There is an established team in place, and you will benefit from their expertise and assist in marketing and developing the department by networking locally with estate agents and other professionals and building on the existing client base.
You will either be a qualified Solicitor, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal but it is essential that you have a minimum 1 years’ experience handling your own caseload. In addition, you will be a self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team and can work to strict timescales.
