Multi-accredited firm in Essex seeks a Private Client Lawyer on a part-time, permanent basis.

Joining our client’s thriving practice located in the Clacton-on-Sea area, the successful applicant will undertake a varied and complex caseload of private client matters. This role is offered on a part-time basis, two or four days a week with an immediate start.

• Drafting wills
• Probate
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Estate administration
• Tax planning
• Dealing with elderly clients

The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of three years’ PQE
• Experience in private client matters is essential
• Able to organise own workload to meet tight deadlines
• Possess the ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
• A team player with a desire for professional development
